bh999com Responsible Gaming — Stay Safe

bh999com believes entertainment should always be safe and controlled. Use our tools, set your limits, and stay well.

What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?

Responsible gaming means treating online casino or betting purely as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income or a solution to financial problems. At bh999com, we want all our players to play safely, consciously, and in a controlled manner.

There is enjoyment in gambling — but that enjoyment lasts only when it stays within limits. bh999com's responsible gaming policy helps you stay in control. Our platform offers a number of effective tools that you can use at any time.

Remember — the outcome of every game is completely random and unpredictable. Winning consistently through any strategy or system is not possible. So always play with an amount of money that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.

Core principles of safe play

Set a budget and stick to it
Do not try to recover money you have lost
Avoid playing when under the influence of alcohol or emotional stress
Keep a set limit on your playing time
Prioritise spending time with family and friends
Never think of gaming as an alternative source of income

Our Safety Tools

Set Deposit Limits

Set a limit on the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Lowering a limit is instant — if you increase it, a cooling-off period will apply.

Deposit Control

Time-Out Feature

If you feel you need a short break, use our time-out feature. Temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in or place bets.

Time Control

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, choose the self-exclusion option. Your account can be closed for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. No promotional messages will be sent during the self-exclusion period.

Voluntary Exclusion

Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. Once the limit is reached, the system will automatically stop your betting. This tool protects you from excessive losses.

Financial Protection

Bet Limit

Limit the maximum amount you place on each bet. This feature prevents you from placing large bets on impulse and makes your gaming experience safer.

Bet Control

Reality Check

Set pop-up notifications to appear at regular intervals — they will tell you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This helps you make informed decisions.

Awareness Tool

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

If you notice the following signs in yourself or someone close to you, it is time to seek help. The first step in responsible gaming is knowing yourself.

Continuing to play in order to recover money that has been lost
Using household money or borrowed funds for gambling
Hiding gambling activity from family or friends
Gradually increasing the amount spent on gambling
Being unable to stop playing despite repeated attempts
Neglecting work, studies, or relationships to spend time gambling
Feeling restless, irritated, or unhappy when not gambling
Seeing gambling as a way to solve financial problems
